For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the “go-to” person whenever family, friends, or coworkers ran into a technology problem. Computers and gadgets always seemed to come naturally to me - it’s like second nature.
But the idea for Easy Steps Tech really took shape while I was working at a major tech company. That’s when I began to notice something special: people weren’t just asking for help because I knew the answers -they sought me out because of the patience and care I put into explaining things. I’ve always believed that teaching isn’t just about knowing what to do, but knowing how to share it in a way that makes sense to someone else.
